Seth Bailey - CEO
Seth Bailey is the CEO of iTOK, a company he co-founded in 2004. At iTOK, Mr. Bailey
has helped grow the company’s vision of being a leader in the remote tech support
market. iTOK is one of the first companies to provide Managed Services to a residential
market. This unique positioning has lead the company to attract large companies
interested in providing a premium technical support experience to their customers.
He has been successful in acquire key national and international strategic partnerships
such as Comcast, Eleventures and others. Prior to iTOK, Mr. Bailey successfully
built and sold a multi-million dollar company that he started in 1999. At the time
of his exit, his business had grown from a regional company to a national company
with over 1000 employees, serviced thousands of clients per year, and doubled profitable
revenue every year for five straight years. He was recently honored with Utah’s
2009 top 40 under 40 award and was an honoree of vSpring’s v/100 in 2008.
Sean Miller - COO
Sean Miller brings 13 years of entrepreneurial-driven business development, sales
and operations leadership – including three successful global ventures, to the iTOK
team. Mr. Miller is a co-founder, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
of Sales and Business Development at iTOK where he is integral in the development
of iTOK’s cutting edge technology and business processes enabling iTOK to grow revenues
350% annually. Prior to founding, iTOK, Mr. Miller started, scaled and sold a nationwide
sales organization with over 200 sales representatives and was a co-founder of an
international Nutraceutical company, growing the venture from business concept to
successful sale in two years.
Joe Cincotta — CTO
Joe Cincotta co-founded iTOK and is serving as its CTO. He has been developing internet-enabled
enterprise software development for over a decade creating award winning solutions
for fortune 500 corporations such as Yahoo!, Visa and Intel. Prior to iTOK and as
Technical Director of Euro RSCG Sydney, he created collaborative technology that
linked the worldwide operations of Intel and the global Euro RSCG network and his
work has been recognized through awards from ADMA and AWARD as well as the occasional
attendance at speaking engagements in the United States and Australia.
