Two weeks before your PC Care service is due, we will begin notifying you via email and the iTOK HelpDesk, and providing you with a link to schedule your maintenance.

Simply schedule a time convenient to you. Please allow about 2 hours for a thorough cleaning.

At your scheduled appointment time, please leave your computer running and connected to the internet.

Please remember, that during the maintenance time if you use your mouse or keyboard, you may be disrupting the PC Care process, and possibly causing delays.
