You can download the HelpDesk at any time from our Download page.

Simply follow the instructions to download and run the installer.

If you have previously installed the HelpDesk on your computer, you should be logged in automatically.

If this is a new computer, or your login details have been lost (such as in a system format), then you will be asked for your username and password. Click the "Existing User" radio button, and enter your username and password.

If you have forgotten your username or password, simply click the "Forgot your User Name or Password? Click here" link. You can also reset your password directly from our website by clicking here.
