How do I change my iTOK account information?

You can update your contact details, or review your billing history at any time, through the HelpDesk or through our website.

To view your account information in the HelpDesk, simply double-click the HelpDesk icon in the system tray, and click the "My Account" link at the bottom left.

Alternatively, you can log in to your My Account page directly on our website.

I've forgotten my iTOK username or password.

If you forget your username or password, we can send you instructions for changing them to your current email address on file. To do this, visit our Password Reset page.

If your email address has changed, or the email does not get through, please contact us here, and we can reset your password after verifying your identity.

How do I protect another computer with iTOK PC Care.

Have you bought a new computer, or simply wish to get an additional existing computer secure and running fast again? If you want to cover another PC with iTOK PC Care, please contact us.

We can walk you through all the available options, and find the best solution for your current needs.

If you prefer to "Do-It-Yourself", you can simply download the HelpDesk from our Download page, install it on your additional computer, and click the "PC Care" button to begin the upgrade process.
